Why does it feel easier to build a trusting relationship with living things that don’t speak languages like dogs and dolpins than humans?

Well, there are sharks and ligers who are very difficult to trust and be trusted by, so I guess it’s not really the language problem..

I have also noticed that it’s easier to build strong relationships with animals that don’t want to eat you than it is with animals who do.

oh mako, remember the mouse and snake that were cuddling together at Austin’s place? Even though the mouse was eaten later, they definitely had a bonding moment.

Hi poningru. Ligers exist for real: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liger

    They are very big.

i have never found it that easy to build a trusting relationship with a dolphin.. i rarely meet them socially, and when i do they usually seem too busy hunting for fish to really pay much attention..
