sukunai

Most food requires less energy to eat than the total energy intake from the food but there are some foods that work the opposite way like artichokes. I wonder if I just eat these food, I can lose weight without much exercise..

Grating cheese makes me feel less guilty about eating cheese..it’s a hard work.

Celery is the same – more calories are burned eating it that it provides.

Life wouldn’t be much fun on celery alone though! 😉

True..all the ways that make celery taste better (like dip it in mayonaise etc) involve adding fatty things, which totally defeats the original purpose..

But adding celery to some rice cooked with curry powder sounds … hum! And some eggplant, and some zicini, and … ARGH! have not had lunch today, yet.

Hmm..that sounds like a tasty recipe. I’ve never tried to cook celery that way..what’s the dish called?
