bijyutsukan

I don’t like it when I can’t look at all the paintings in a museum without repeating the paths.

rm not

The latter sentence is not exactly what I wanted to say..

binbo-gami

Two Japanese lessons. 1) Binbo in Japanese means “poor” 2) the word for god and hair are the same.

It is said among Japanese shinto people that cutting hair brings bad things because it is the same as cutting god. My hair is getting long and I was being hesitant to cut it partially because of this idea.

Then, I rememberd that among 800 Japanese gods, there are some that are not so great, such as binbo-god. Binbo-god is supposed to bring you troubles, poverty, bad luck, etc and it follows you around everywhere you go once you get it. I feel like I run into problems often lately and maybe cutting my binbo-god would not be such a bad idea…

moyou

boufuuu
