My room is very very cold. I put three layers of blankets when I took a nap a couple days ago. An hour later, I woke up to find my feet dead pale and dead cold under these blankets.

Anyways, I went to a play (Missaliance by George Bernard Shaw) this evening. It was 33 degrees but I decided to weara skirt and sandals anyways. When I got home, my feet were dead pale and dead cold as you can imagine. I decided to wear the only clean, warm pants and socks I could find. I was feeling a bit warmer and quite happier.

Then, Mako came in and, avoiding the eye contact, told me “wow..you’re looking quite sexy tonight..” I looked at myself again and then realized that I was wearing salmon pink, fuzzy, bottom-tight pajama pants and a sock (I could find only one). As I hit Mako out of embarassment and rage, he whispered to my ear “..you look like an 80 year old senile lady…”

I could do nothing but agree. Alas..

I feel the choice of the types of silverwares really makes a difference in taste. I’m not talking about silver forks vs plastic forks but rather, for example, whether I choose to use a spoon to eat a Taco salad or a fork chages the taste of the salad.

Of all the body parts, I think lips should be the place that glows in the dark, if that’s possible. I thought about nipples but that’s not only usless but also not that attractive either. Speaking of nipples, nipples are the only part of my body that’s cool even when I’m wearing layers of things on top.

Anyways, i think glowing lips are hip. Maybe I should eat lots of squids.

People, at least those who celebrate christmas, say there is a time when a child finds out the truth about Santa Claus and becomes unbelievably disappointed by this. For me, it was rainbows rather than Santa. When I found out that I could never touch rainbows nor run from one end to the other, I experienced the bitterness of disappointment. A part of me still wishes that I could walk on rainbows..

I want to make a short film that records the conversation of different groups of people in a restaurant or a bar. I think that shows how intimate these people are to each other.

I like knitting. There a couples problem though. One is that I can’t do anything else that requires my hands while I’m knitting. Secondly, I hate trying to figure out the knitting directions. I’v never had a book that explained different ways of knitting in clear ways. I think the solution is digital camera. They should just videotape somebpdy knitting and post that on the web.

I think about neta (=topics, ingredients for sushi) for indie movies a lot. Often times, the neta’s are related to heaven. Today, I was thinking “what if heaven is all dark except for the tens of billions of small windows on the floor that randomly show the lives of people in this world or thoughts of these people? ” You may walk around for ten years before you find a window that’s related to your previous life. You keep doing that throughout your eternal after-ife. I guess that that wouldn’t be a too heavenly life.

People had said that among all the living things, it’s only the plants that use carbon dioxide for their liviing but it’s been recently proved that that’s not true Spiders use CO2 to make their webs. The more CO2 are available, the better and more beautiful webs spiders can make as Mako says “CO2 polishes the aesthetic sense of spiders.”
