Month: July 2003

  • tamago

I love peeling boiled eggs. It’s like stripping something that has “the” perfect skin. Fun.

  • osake

I had a wine at a bar last night. It had a really strong and dry taste and was quite different from my usual fuzzy navel drinks. I looked for sugar cubes but alas..couldn’t find them. I think they just ran out.

  • taiji

When people say somebody’s sleeping like a baby, it sounds really warm and sweet. I personally like seeing a person sleep like a fetus. It sounds gross but that sleeping position seems really adorable to me.

  • kesareta ji

I sometimes think about the lives of erased/crossed out letters. I’m afraid that the other intact letters may bully them..

  • daicho-kin

    My E-colis love cherries.

  • hito

When a person cries after hearing an ok/lame joke, I feel like that person has had a tough time lately.

  • dento-

I think keeping the “conventional” current (as in e- circuit) direction is one of the stupidest things in this current world. Every physics teacher began this topic lecture by saying “This is absolutely stupid and I know that” and blame it on the older generation but nobody has really insisted “Hey, it’s stupid, so let’s change it.” I think it’s like the children’s story “Emperor”.

  • kioku

I wonder how Mel Gibson will/would feel when/if he dies and meets the actual Scottish people who fought against England.

  • undo

I worked out with a big guy yesterday. He was lifting 330 lb as I tried to lift 10 pounds.

I felt so sorry for his muscles.

  • neko

    Yumcax says:

Neko is the name of a cat in Secret of Mana..But this dude is no regular cat..Hes a cold blooded bastard..He sells you Everything..And beleive me..Everything at double its original price in towns..But however he is in more unusual places..Like inside a witches castle..So even though he can supply you when you need it..You have to pay more..So i dont like him..I think hes a shit head

    Mika says:
    great.

  • sakana

If I were to go fishing in the lake that pass by everyday, I know where to fish. It’s right by the middle of the bridge. I see dozens of birds around this one spot and sigh everyday, thinking about all the sashimi they must be enjoying..

  • hara

I like looking really close at airplanes from their tummy side when they’re flying. It makes me feel proud for some reason and also feel like ticking them.

  • ninntendo

So, my bio teacher’s name is Mario. I really think the Super Mario’s Mario character was created, based on this guy’s features. He’s not chobby but is kinda short, kinda quick like a squirrel, has some mustache and doesn’t really blink much.
Anyways, today I noticed he was wearing a T-shirt that said “UCA CHEERLEADING”.

The thought of this Italian Nintendo character being a cheerleader really distracted me from the class and that’s the only reason why I missed almost all questions on a quiz today.

    Ahem.

  • hairan

I think I ovulated from my right ovary this month.

  • tanabata

Yesterday was a once a year dating day for Altair and Vega. I’ve always thought that people are taking too much advantage of their happiness. I mean, sure they must be pretty happy but that doesn’t mean they have to read millions of wishes posted on bamboos. They’re busy doing something else!

  • honyomi

Almost every time I get to the end of a page when I’m read a Japanese book, I feel that I HAVE TO memorize the last line in order to proceed to the next page. As a result, if I don’t remember even just one letter, I go back to the previous page. It’s really annoying and I wish I were a better memorizer..

  • yuubin haitatsuya

Yesterday, I got a package from Japan. After I signed the recipient’s form, the postman held his hand out in front of me, saying “domo arigato” (thank you very much). I thought “oh.. how nice. He wants to shake hands with me.” So, I did but he then said “nonono, I just want my pen back!”

    Ah..never ending embarrassing moments.

  • kin

I opened a tea bottle that was in the box I sent from my school. It gave me this burp that just talked for all the bacteria that must have been living and making love and dying in my thick magic-bottle. Of course, I wasn’t too fascinated by the thought of such bacteria when I saw some two-month-old green tea leaves inside but nonetheless, I was impressed by the meaning of this burping for a while; at least until the extremely disturbing odor reached my lazy olfactory receptors..

  • natto

I love Natto (fermented soy beans. Yum.). I can eat them for breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner and I always enjoy the taste. The only time I did not enjoy the taste was when I threw up Natto. Stomach acid and Natto don’t go too well together..

  • kudamono

I like bananas a lot but unless they’re peeled already, I usually don’t eat them. I always think about the baby flies sleeping happily in the skin, which makes me lose the appetite..
