Tangerines are great fruit to have around in the living room. It takes no preparation – most guests love tangerines – it requires some effort by the guests to eat them – that effort makes the consumption more satisfying.

No work for the host, guaranteed satiation by the guests.

    Tangerines are the best! Oranges are good too, but they’re like what you eat when you don’t have tangerines. So much harder to peel!

    My girlfriend ate some Mikan on monday, and broke out in a severe alergic reaction :(.

    Yea, she was fine after about 12 hours. She says the Mikan in Japan don’t do that, only the American Mikan. Its strange.
